The 96 acre Dam East Development at South Peoria Street & East Yale Avenue was built by The Writer Corporation in the 1970’s as a planned single family unit development with community covenants, and architectural design standards. We are located just 2 miles from Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir, and within walking distance to the Nine Mile RTD Light Rail Station.
