Nominations for one board position is being sought. Please contact Fritz Herman, Nominating Committee Chair, at 671-9397 by September 1, 2009 if you are interested in running for this opening. Also -as per Article VII Section 1 - “Nominations may also be made from the floor at the annual meeting”. All proposed amendment changes must be received by September 1, 2009 as well. Article XV Section 1 of the By-laws state “Any proposed amendment by a homeowner must be received by the Secretary no less than 10 days before the meeting notice is sent out…” These should be mailed to the Dam East Secretary c/o Cherry Creek HOA Professionals, 14901 E. Hampden Avenue # 120, Aurora, CO 80014.
