The Aurora City Council voted to approve the Special Improvement District (SID) resolution for Dam East at its regular meeting on February 22. The SID had to be approved for the proposed masonry wall along Peoria and Yale to proceed. The Council opened the floor for a public hearing on the wall project before its vote. The hearing lasted half an hour with ~10 people speaking.
