Beginning May 23, the gate will unlock each day at 6 am
May 26 – June 8 and August 24 – September 7

Lifeguards will be on duty from 3 – 8 pm Monday – Friday, and from 11am – 8 pm

Weekends and Holidays.
Tuesday, June 9 – Sunday August 23
Lifeguards will be on duty from 11am – 8 pm each day.

September 7 – the pool closes for the season at 8 pm

Dam East Seadragons Home Meets: June 6, 20 and July 13
During meets, the pool will be closed for recreational swimming.
Dam East residents are welcome to watch the fun and encourage our young athletes.

Dam East Pool Rules

1. Lifeguards may expel members and their guests from the pool facility for failing to follow the rules or for other unsafe conduct. A member who is expelled from the pool area or whose guest(s) are expelled may be subject to fines and additional penalties from the Association.
2. All members and guests must sign in when entering the pool area.
3. No smoking or pets allowed in pool area.
4. Children under 12 must have responsible adult supervision at all times while at the pool.
5. Minors age 12-17 shall not be permitted in the pool without responsible adult supervision unless the child has demonstrated his/her ability to swim to the satisfaction of the lifeguards.
6. Minors can only have 4 guests at a time at the pool. All pool rules apply to guests, and members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests.
** If you plan on having a large group of guests, you please contact the Pool Committee in advance to arrange for adequate lifeguard coverage and payment.
7. The baby pool is for children 6 and under. Children in the baby pool must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
8. No glass containers are allowed inside the pool area. Food is allowed on the grass area only.
9. Skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, scooters or bikes are not to be used in the pool or pool area.
10.Proper swim attire is required.
11.Flotation devices and balls are permitted in the large pool only at the discretion of the lifeguard. Children who are unable to swim without a flotation device must be accompanied at all times in the pool by an adult when using the flotation device.
12.Regular disposable diapers are not allowed in the pools. Disposable swim diapers are allowed.
13.The lap lane is to be used only for swimming laps.
14.Beginning at 11:00am, adult swims/rest breaks are called at ten minutes before each hour, except the last hour of the day. During this time, only adults and infants with an adult are allowed in the pool.
15.If the pool is open when a lifeguard is not on duty:
All activities are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Persons under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
16.The pool facilities are off limits after the scheduled time for closing, usually 8:00pm.
17.Pool key cards are for the assigned homeowner's use only. Any misuse may result in expulsion, fines, or additional penalties from the Association.
18.Trespassers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
